Who We Are
We serve as a distributed group of talent. Professionally we are serial monogamists, staying with something to completion, then moving on when we've set things right or grown them to the point that they're stable. The relationships among us go back decades.
Boris Siperstein has helped grow organizations as an executive leader in roles ranging from country manager for geographic expansion of a 120K person global firm, to COO of a development-stage company with an advanced specialty chemical extracted from agricultural crop, to helping grow a private equity investment group into a leading growth equity funder in India. Each has involved multi-stakeholder management with some of the largest financial and industry names in the world.
For approximately a decade, Boris held management roles in technology companies, driving strategy, business development, operational excellence, and investments. After receiving his MBA, Boris spent a little over a decade serving as founding COO and CFO of Lighthouse Funds, a private equity group with investments focused in India, helping raise two $100M+ funds and deploying them across numerous sectors. Since departing from private equity, Boris has held various operational leadership roles at entities from large non-profits to early-stage growth enterprises. Boris founded Omnivore, having realized an importance to your joy in life from the company you keep and the lives you help impact.
Boris has held for-profit and non-profit board governance roles, with his non-profit work focused on both domestic and international issues relating to marginalized and disenfranchised communities. He attended the University of Texas for his undergraduate work in Finance, received a Master of Arts in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Wharton School, focusing on operations and organizational development. He is avid about outdoor activities, in particular hiking and mountain biking.
